Vigilance administration is a fundamental and vital function of the management. RailTel Vigilance department has been set up with an objective to maintain ethical standards in the organisation by improving transparency, systems and procedures. The Vigilance department consistently works towards developing an ecosystem for employees to work with devotion and integrity in a transparent and impartial manner ensuring better services to all the external stakeholders of the organisation.
The Vigilance department is based out of the Corporate office and presently headed by a Full-Time Chief Vigilance Officer supported by team of vigilance executives. The CVO as head of Vigilance acts as an advisor to the Chief Executive (i.e. CMD) for all vigilance related matters. CVO is also responsible to provide coordination to outside agencies like Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), Railway Board Vigilance, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and other such agencies.

Steps For Lodging Online Complaint
1. User will be sent a One Time Password (OTP) to the mobile number of the user for login to initiate registration process
2. The user who wants to submit a complaint shall register him/herself as a user giving the required details before lodging his/her complaint.
3. User will be sent a One Time Password (OTP) to the mobile number of the user provided by the user during registration process.
4. After successful login, the User can lodge a complaint as required.
